Get An ICF Coach Credential

Stand out from the crowd with an ICF coach credential

Coaching has turned into a $2 billion a year industry. The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the largest coaching association in the world with more than 40,000 members in 145 countries. The ICF began in 1995. Through research into best practices, the ICF created rigorous coaching and ethical standards. It certifies individual coaches and coach training programs, such as ours.

Our founder and President, Dr Keith Webb, has worked with the ICF for years as a chapter board member in Singapore and Seattle, and as well as the ICF Washington State Chapter President.

The ICF's coaching standards are strict. All of our coaching training is approved by the ICF as part of our Level 1 & 2 Certificate programs. As an approved training provider, all 235 hours of our training meet the ICF's strict professional coach training standards. And through our partnership with Zovak Consulting we offer a Level 3 Certificate.
